& Engagement Mastery
Multilingual storytelling • Movement communications • Community engagement • Ethical and inclusive narratives
I specialise in communication systems that make knowledge accessible, strengthen communities, and support people in shaping and sharing their own narratives.

I design communication systems that connect people, strengthen communities, and elevate the voices of those shaping change.
My work blends strategic communications, human-centred storytelling, participatory digital practice, and creative multimedia production always grounded in ethics, cultural sensitivity, and accessibility.

Across the Red Cross and Red Crescent network and beyond, I help organisations communicate with clarity, authenticity, and impact, ensuring that stories are not just told, but shared in ways that empower communities and foster collective understanding.
Movement Communications
& Community Ecosystems
For more than 15 years, I have worked at the heart of the world’s largest humanitarian network, engaging volunteers, teams, leaders, and partners across the world. Through these roles, I developed an intimate understanding of how large, decentralised, multilingual communities communicate, and how to strengthen trust, clarity, and participation across them.

Strategic Storytelling
& Narrative Architecture
I believe storytelling is one of the most powerful drivers of change. Along my career, I saw how narrative can elevate voices, shift perspectives, and transform collective understanding. That experience continues to shape how I craft human-centred content that resonates, empowers, and brings people together.
For me, communication should serve as an amplifier, not a substitute, for community voices. It should help surface perspectives that are too often overlooked, and contribute to systems change by creating space for people to define and share their own realities.
My approach is grounded in respect for local contexts, expressions, and identities, and anchored in the principles of decolonised storytelling: agency over representation, transparency over extraction, and lived experience over imposed narratives. True transformation happens when stories are co-created with communities, reflecting their priorities, their voices, and their vision of the future.
I specialise in designing narratives that are human-centred, inclusive, and shaped with communities.

-
Crafting multilingual content that respects culture, context, and nuance.
-
Writing clear, accessible, and structured content for diverse audiences and low-bandwidth environments.
-
Experience in media monitoring and crisis communications.
Whether through articles, campaigns, reports, or digital platforms, my work aims to amplify community voices and foster shared understanding.

"Stories shape the systems we build. Inclusive stories shape inclusive futures."

Creative Production
& Digital Communications
"Every piece of content is an invitation to connect, to learn, and to join a shared narrative."
I bring an artistic eye to every project, combining skills in Photoshop, design, and photography with a focus on visual impact. For years, I have documented, curated, and edited powerful imagery in collaboration with professional photographers and designers, ensuring every visual tells a story, both digitally and through exhibitions and campaigns, always aiming to capture attention, evoke emotion, and drive meaningful engagement.

Digital Content
& Social Media
I design and manage editorial strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), combining accessible formats, community engagement, and social listening to strengthen participation and trust.

Multimedia Production
I produce videos, interviews, and immersive experiences (documentaries, 360° tours, 3D walkthroughs), curate photography, and create subtitled and accessible content for multilingual audiences. I also manage YouTube Studio and curated Solferino Voices (25k subscribers).

Insight & Analytics
I use analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, social listening) to guide communication decisions. I have led large-scale multilingual consultations, analysing thousands of qualitative responses and turning insights into strategic recommendations.
Fundraising, Advocacy
& Public Engagement
As humanitarian needs grow faster than available resources, the sector must reinvent how it mobilises support. This means going beyond traditional funding models to build innovative, ethical, and strategic approaches to fundraising.
Trained in both classic and digital fundraising, as well as social and solidarity economy models, I support organisations in designing resource strategies that are sustainable and community-rooted.
I’ve also taught fundraising for eight years to Master’s students in International Cooperation at Grenoble Alpes University, equipping future professionals with the tools to secure impact at scale.
My communication work has consistently supported resource mobilisation, institutional visibility, and high-level humanitarian diplomacy.
