Marine is truly a gem of a person, combining sharp strategic thinking with the ability to deliver high-quality results even under tight timelines. Over the past 2.5 years, she has excelled across strategic communications, project management, and organizational work, always finding ways to turn challenges into opportunities. What I valued most was how we worked together almost seamlessly; her warmth, trust, and collaborative spirit made every project not only successful but also enjoyable. Working with Marine has been one of those experiences that truly leaves a mark. Whether through educational projects (Young Leaders, YABC, etc.) or international gatherings (Florence, San Marino, Solferino, Guimarães, etc.), I’ve been able to appreciate her intelligence, her unifying spirit, and her determination to ensure that things move in the right direction.

It was a great pleasure working with Marine. Beyond the guidelines and training content, she created a friendly atmosphere and a bond of trust that helped build greater self-confidence. Thanks to her encouragement, I was able to support young francophone innovators from my country and others. She proved to be a true mentor and guide, and her leadership style was truly inspiring. Since then, I continue to draw from the way she gave feedback, always motivating others to shine and give their very best.

Marine was my manager for nearly a year at the Monaco Red Cross. We worked together on projects such as raising awareness among young people about environmental issues and the inequalities linked to globalisation.

Her commitment, passion, and expertise in international relations allowed these projects to grow and have a greater impact on the various beneficiaries of the Monaco Red Cross.

Working closely with Marine on a daily basis, I was consistently impressed by her supportive nature, quick responsiveness, and strong spirit of teamwork. She not only supports individuals but also fosters a collaborative environment for the entire team. On a personal level, Marine has a remarkable ability to listen and develop innovative solutions. I have known Marine for the last three years through IFRC, more precisely through the Solferino Academy, where she has been our main interlocutor between us at the Burundi Red Cross and the IFRC Headquarters. Her dedication to the job was exemplary. I could not imagine how she managed more than 100 people and over 10 WhatsApp communities from across the globe, with different time zones and different issues — yet Marine was always there whenever we needed her. She consistently provided answers and guidance so that we could have the best possible experience in LIMITLESS. Personally, as a lead, I often had private chats with her, and I never once heard her blaming us when we missed something or were late. Instead, she was always kind, patient, and supportive — sometimes even covering for us when we missed a notification. Marine is truly dedicated, empathetic, and inspiring.

Working with Marine has always been a real pleasure. Highly committed, dynamic, responsive, and truly dedicated, she brought great energy to the team. Thanks to her experience and knowledge, she was able to adapt easily to different areas of work, as she had already demonstrated by successfully managing several fields of activity.

Marine offered an unforgettable experience. She has remarkable expertise in mentoring and coaching, knowing how to motivate others and push them to reveal their full potential. Even during her holidays, she makes time to provide support. She has always known how to reach people with her words, especially in moments when motivation was low.

Marine had the opportunity to work within the Solferino Academy during the second edition of the Limitless Programme. She demonstrated a great ability to lead and support a group with professionalism. Thanks to her interpersonal skills and human-centred approach, she knows how to attract and inspire others. She is highly recommended for any new field she chooses to pursue.
