From Education
To Action
I’m a certified trainer, university lecturer, and lifelong educator with a passion for shaping meaningful and inclusive learning journeys. I design and deliver training for children, youth, and adults across sectors and cultures, from international humanitarian law and climate education to leadership development and innovation.
My experience spans academic teaching, peer education, mentoring, and programme design, with a strong focus on pedagogy, interculturality, and facilitation dynamics. Whether in formal classrooms, community settings, global forums, or online campuses, I bring empathy, structure, and purpose to every learning experience.

Communications & Fundraising
2015 - 2023
INGO Communications and Fundraising Lecturer
UGA (Université Grenoble Alpes)
For nearly a decade, I lectured at Université Grenoble Alpes, teaching Master’s students in International Cooperation and bridging theory with real-world strategy. I designed and delivered 15h-practical courses on strategic communication, fundraising, and NGO management, while supervising thesis research and mentoring students as they entered their first professional roles. Through an approach rooted in active pedagogy, intercultural dialogue, and real-life case studies, I aimed to equip future humanitarian and development professionals with the skills, confidence, and ethical approaches to the humanitarian ecosystem, communications and fundraising. Outcomes: Over 400 humanitarian workers equipped and 10 thesis supported.
Innovation & Strategic Design
2022 - 2024
Innovation Training Lead
IFRC Solferino Academy
I played a central role in the IFRC Limitless Youth Innovation Academy. With more than 6,700 participants and 2.2 million community members positively impacted by hundreds of local climate and environmental initiatives across 142 countries, this global and inclusive programme enabled young volunteers to design, implement, test, and scale innovative solutions to climate and environmental challenges in their communities.
Over one year, I trained and supported 50 mentors and innovation leads in climate and environmental action, facilitation, and mentoring, and provided ongoing support as they carried out their missions with youth innovators.
Beyond training, I contributed to programme design, led multilingual communications, oversaw protection, gender and inclusion, and supported key components such as partnership development, risk analysis, and evaluation.

2020
PMER Trainer of Trainers
IFRC & French Red Cross
PMER (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting) is the backbone of humanitarian project and programme management, ensuring actions are needs-based, results-driven, and accountable at every stage. As a certified trainer of trainers, I bring expertise to embed these standards across the project cycle and drive continuous improvement.
International Humanitarian Law
2009 - 2018
IHL Trainer of Trainers
French Red Cross
I facilitate International Humanitarian Law sessions for youth and adults using dynamic, age-appropriate methodologies drawn from the best pedagogical tools across the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. My practice is rooted in a solid understanding of the legal frameworks, historical evolution, and ethical foundations of humanitarian law, and in creating spaces for critical thinking around contemporary challenges. I’ve also been actively involved in advocacy to uphold and strengthen IHL, including supporting global disarmament efforts like the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW). Find more on IHL challenges and approaches in my article “Preserving Humanity In War”.
Leadership
2022 - 2024
For a Transformative Leadership
IFRC Solferino Academy
Working alongside Leadership, Digital, and Foresight experts at the IFRC Solferino Academy strengthened my understanding of transformative and regenerative leadership, and the use of innovation and strategic foresight for organisational change and lasting impact. My teaching draws on key resources such as Leadership for the Future, the Strategic Foresight book, and the Data Playbook, that I have co-edited and published in the past three years.
I’ve also organised leadership workshops for Women in Digital as a GLOW Red team member, part of the Global Network for Women Leaders in the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, supporting inclusive, future-ready leadership across the network.
2016
Leadership Skills Design Team
I contributed to the design of a regional leadership training programme with humanitarian education experts from around the Mediterranean region. The course equips youth leaders with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, helping them realise their full potential within Red Cross and Red Crescent societies across the region; a curriculum that is still in use across the network today.
2014
Youth Leadership Trainer & Design Engineer
Red Cross Youth European French-Speaking Network – Monaco Red Cross
Within a multicultural team of training design specialists and youth leadership experts, I co-created a groundbreaking leadership training programme for youth volunteers. First tested at the Monaco Red Cross with international participation, this one-week immersive course has since been integrated into the leadership curricula of five National Red Cross Societies, training thousands of young volunteers in participatory leadership.
The programme equips emerging leaders to drive sustainable growth, amplify impact, and lead with empathy and respect for people and the planet. Translated and adopted across Europe, it continues to inspire a new generation of human-centred and purpose-driven leaders.
Climate & The Environment
2020
Climate & Environment Lead
Climate Centre
1. Ecological Transition Officer
I guided the Monaco Red Cross’ first ecological transition strategy. In 2020, this work resulted in the signing of the National Energy Transition Pact, positioning the Monaco Red Cross as a leading national actor in climate action. We implemented an intersectional transition plan focused on mobility, waste, and energy including training and equipping volunteers, staff and leaders. That same year, the organisation also signed the Climate and Environment Charter for Humanitarian Organisations. Amid the COVID-19 crisis, I supported the organisation’s digital transformation, ensuring the sustainability of measures aimed at reducing carbon emissions towards 2050.
2. Climate Adaptation Strategist
I contributed to advancing national and international climate commitments while strengthening local adaptation capacities. My work supported climate education and reporting through methodologies such as Y-Adapt, a recognised Climate Centre tool that empowers communities to understand climate risks and lead their own adaptation strategies. Trained in 2021 as a facilitators trainer at French Red Cross (watch video), I implemented the programme in Monaco middle schools, training over 250 youth project leads in a year.
French For Foreigners
2008
My journey as a teacher began in the suburbs of Lyon, where I volunteered with AFEV to teach literacy and French as a Foreign Language (FFL) and promote social inclusion among migrants and vulnerable communities. I later earned a Bachelor’s degree in FFL and went on to teach children and adults across a range of cultural contexts, from corporate training and private schools to individual coaching. My approach is hands-on and conversation-led, rooted in cultural immersion and adapted to each learner’s goals, making language acquisition both accessible and empowering.
