For me, leadership means combining ethics, inclusion, safeguarding, and organisational change with a human-centred, future-ready, and transformative approach that inspires trust and drives lasting impact. A training on recognising, preventing, and responding to sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment. It reinforces my commitment to ethical leadership and survivor-centred response across all programme and communication work.

Child Safeguarding: From Policy to Practice
IFRC 

A policy-focused course on integrating child protection principles in all organisational activities. Essential for designing safe, inclusive, and responsible programmes and partnerships.

2021

Focused on gender, intersectionality, and institutional mainstreaming in the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement. This training strengthens my ability to embed inclusion and equity in all strategies and messaging.

2016

​I Co-designed a regional leadership training programme with talented humanitarian education engineers from the Centre for Cooperation in the Mediterranean. This course empowers youth leaders with practical tools in communication, empathy, and intercultural leadership — still used today across the network.

Red Cross Youth European French Speaking Network

​​I Led the co-creation of a groundbreaking leadership training with Red Cross National Societies from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Monaco. The programme has since been translated and adopted across Europe, promoting participatory leadership and youth-driven innovation.

This Council of Europe training aimed at reinforcing the sustainability of youth structures through participatory governance. A cornerstone of my experience in shared leadership and volunteer management.

Built around peer-led learning and leadership, this course attended in Jordan has shaped my facilitation style and strengthened my approach to youth mobilisation and values-based change.
